What is your return or exchange policy?

Most of our products are backed by's Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Return & Exchange Policy. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and shipping charges are not refundable.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, is without the original packaging, or does not have the product tag attached you can’t receive a refund or exchange for that item. So please double-check to make sure you have included all of the pieces and packaging and all tags are still attached before returning anything. The following items are NEVER returnable or exchangeable:

  • -Special Order or Customized items
  • -Items that require special delivery
  • -Any item that has been used, worn, altered or is missing packaging or does not have product tags still attached
  • -Any item that is specified as "non-returnable" or "non-exchangeable" in the product description on our site

Keep in mind that there is a a minimum 15% restocking fee for any returned items unless it is being exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. No returns are accepted for items purchased in October.

There are certain items we do not accept returns or exchange on for hygiene reasons. These include:

  • -Undergarments, socks and stockings
  • -Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
  • -Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair
  • -Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
  • -Contact lenses
  • -Cosmetics

that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please return the product if it does not meet your satisfaction.

How do I send back the item(s) I want to return?

Please read through our return policy to make sure your item is eligible for a refund. All returned items require an RMA number and the item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. To receive your RMA number and initiate a return, please contact a customer service representative by clicking here.

Once you have been provided the RMA number, you must return the item to us within 14 days of the date you received the order. You must send your return through a traceable shipping method to the return address that will be provided to you with your RMA number. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding or exchanging the order.

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange my product?

We generally process returns and exchanges within a week of receiving the product back. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks. If you are doing an exchange, once the RMA number has been issued we encourage you to place a new order with us so you do not have to wait for us to receive your old order before shipping the new order. We will simply credit you for the original order minus the shipping costs once we receive the original order.
