When will I receive my order?

This depends on where you live and the shipping method you choose. We ship using both UPS and USPS. Please view our Shipping Page for transit times. Most costume items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order but sometimes an item might be a special order and will require a few extra days to ship. This is usually stated in the product description and our customer service department will always follow up with you on the status if you Contact Us.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
