Questions
Please contact us through Ebay Messages using the "Ask a question" link toward the bottom of this page. We will respond as soon as possible during the business day.  After hours or weekend questions may not get a response till the next business day.  We apologize ahead of time if we are unable to answer your issues in a timely manner during our rush seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Comic-Con, etc).

Payment
We accept Paypal.  All major credits card are accepted through Paypal.

Shipping
-Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday
-We only ship to your Paypal confirmed address on file with Ebay & Paypal.  We cannot ship to any other addresses.
-US customers
We ship via UPS or USPS.  You will get a tracking number when your item ships.  You can track it on the UPS or USPS website after about 24 hours.
-International customers
We ship via USPS Global Express mail only.  We had too many issues with packages being lost or held by Customs using cheaper methods.  USPS Global Express Mail is trackable, insured, and is guaranteed.  You will get a tracking number when your item ships.  You can track it on the USPS website after about 24 hours. The time it takes for Customs clearance after the package enters your country depends on your country's Customs.  You can call them for status but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed the process. Please be aware your Customs may charge you duties. This is out of our control. Please check your country's Customs regulations before bidding. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties.

Returns/Exchanges
-All items must be brand new and unused with the tags still attached
-All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days
-Shipping charges are non-refundable
-Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have the actual shipping charges deducted from refund
-Buyer pays return shipping
-Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed. 

Items not eligible for return...
-Costume items purchased between October 1st and November 1st are NOT RETURNABLE
-Any item that has been worn, used, altered, or tags removed are NOT RETURNABLE
-Any item without original packaging or missing pieces are NOT RETURNABLE
-Any items sent back after the 14 day return period are NOT RETURNABLE
-Any items sent back without an RMA number are NOT RETURNABLE

Any item sent back for return or exchange that has signs of being used, worn, altered, is missing items, is without the original packaging, or does not have the product tag attached will be refused and returned to you OR a restocking fee of 50% of the sale price applied at the sole discretion of SuperHeroSource.

Feedback
We leave feedback when your item ships.  Please leave Positive Feedback and 5 Stars in all categories for us once you receive your item. Leaving Positive Feedback and 5 stars gives us Top Rated Seller status and a discount on fees on eBay which means we can offer the low prices we do to you. Please know that your positive feedback and 5 star rating on eBay to us is appreciated, vital and very valuable to the continued success of our business. eBay recently added a lot of importance to the 5 star Detailed Seller Rating system. Neutral feedback is almost as harmful as negative feedback.  Below is the new rating system eBay is using. Please note that any rating less than 5 stars is a failure on our part and Ebay will ban sellers with less than a 4.3 DSR. If you feel that you cannot leave us 5 stars in a category, please contact us first and we will see what we can do to fix the situation.
